These items are sold by the tray and may be used for many different functions, combined with other items, or given as a gift. They are attractively displayed on disposable trays, however, we do have silver trays if you wish (there is an extra charge).

Cubed & sliced Cheeses with Cracker Assortment & sliced Hard Salami with blue & herb cheese ball (serves 30)

Petite serving of Assorted Dessert Chocolates, Cheesecakes, Petit Fours, Gourmet Cookies, etc. (serves 30)
 

Sliced Meats and Cheeses . . .
The tray includes ham, turkey, beef, cotto salami, swiss cheese, provolone, and smokey cheddar cheeses. This also includes relishes, homemade breads, mustard and mayonnaise. One tray will serve about 15-18 for light snacks. Multiple trays may be ordered with 2 trays packed on one.

Cut Sandwich Tray . . .
Frill packed segments of our two popular cold sandwiches, the All American and Super Sub. All are arranged on a tray and covered with saran wrap. About 40 pieces on a tray.
Club Sandwiches Tray . . .
Ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, with mayonnaise cut in quarters. Snacks for 20.
Cheese and Salami Board . . .
A variety of 4 or more chucnk cheeses with Italian Salami and Homemade cheeseball center, served with crackers and bread sticks. Snacks for 30.
Cocktail Shrimp Tray . . .
From 80 to 100 large freshly boiled shrimp on a platter surrounding cocktail sauce. This is expensive because we use the very best shrimp available and cook them at the last possible minute, then hand peel them.
Crudites . . . (or raw vegetables)
Cut to bite size pieces, and arranged around a dill dip.
Deli Buffet . . .
One of the most popular menus. A lavish assortment of sliced ham, turkey, roast beef, cheddar and Swiss cheese, tomatoes, pickles, olives, assorted breads, mustard, mayo, three assorted homemade salads, dessert, iced tea or lemonade; served on good quality paper products.
Minimum order 20.
Fresh Fruit Tray (in season)
The pick of the currently available crop, cut into bite pieces and beautifully arranged. Enough for about 25... Also available on a silver platter for about 50.
Assorted Dessert Tray . . .
A wide assortment of petite desserts including chocolates, lemon-pecan squares, Mexican wedding cookies, petite fours, etc. Enough for about 30.
