Lunch & Dinner Menu Serving Style Options

Dinners can be served in a variety of styles. The three shown below are the most popular. Each style has its own features & service benefits that account for the differences in pricing.

Buffet Ready Style (minimum guarantee, 30) Picked Up
This style is the economy model. The food is packed in disposable containers ready-to-serve. You may serve from these containers or transfer to your serving dishes. Delivery is available at an additional charge. With your entree, you select salad and vegetables. Also included in the price is homemade bread. If you desire extra large portions, add 10% to the price. No drinks, deserts or paper goods are included with Buffet Ready option.

Dinner Served Buffet Style (minimum guarantee, 50)
This is a really complete dinner buffet, delivered, set-up. The buffet will include salad, potatoes (starch), vegetables, homemade dessert and beverage, paper goods.

Waiter Service (minimum guarantee,50) Price on Request plus 18% Gratuity & China Rental fee.
